Image, Resize
Width = No more than 300
Height = No more than 350
Minimize one copy

With your Dropper Tool
Select a Light color from your graphic for Foreground
Select a Dark color from your graphic for Background

All Settings remain the same unless otherwise stated

Height = the height of your graphic plus 111 pixels
Placement left upper

32. Copy the new image you made
back to your border
Paste as new layer
Layers, arrange, send to bottom

33. Mover tool move new image
down and center under side border

34. Layers, Merge Visible

35. Effects, 3-D Effects, Drop Shadow
V 1, H 1,
Opacity 50,
Blur 2.00,
Color Black,
Shadow on new layer Unchecked

36. Repeat Drop shawdow only change v&h -1

37. Layers, new raster layer
Layers, arrange, send to bottom

38. Flood fill with background color

39. Bring up your other graphic copy
Resize 50 percent

40. In materials change foreground color to Pattern,
find your graphic use these settings

41. Back to side border
Layers, New Raster Layer
Flood fill with Pattern

42. Change that layers opacity to 12 or your perference

seamless tiling
Corner and vertical

44. Activate your top layer
Effects, plugins,

Shadowlab with the settings below

45 close off your top layer using the eye
Activate another layer
Layers, merge, merge visible
open top layer

46. Activate bottom layer
Effects, Texture effects,
texture Hatch fine using the settings below

47. Layers, Merge,
Merge all flatten

48. add your watermark

49. File, Export, JPEG Optimizer
Compression value set to 20 or 25
