Simple Frame Rotate

This tutorial was written in Paint Shop Pro 9 but any version should work fine This came about just playing in PSP

Supplies & Filters Needed
2 PSP tubes
Supplies I used

Pick a light color for foreground and a med to dark color for background. I used #a3b3b4 for foreground and #6a98f0 for background.

1.

Resize bluejay-01 tube
Image, resize using the settings below
Pixels, W-299, H-300, Lock aspect and resize all layers checked

Minimize for now.

2.

New transparent image 400W, 400H
This will be your working area
Selections, select all

3.

Find your blue-power-mass tube
Edit, copy

4.

Back to your transparent working area
Edit, paste, paste into selection.
Selections. Select none.

5.

Still working on that image,
Effects, image effects, seamless tiling Using default setting

6.

Adjust. Blur, Gaussian Blur, using these settings

Radius 2

7.

Effects, Reflection Effects, Kaleidoscope
All set to 0, except number of petals 10. Reflect checked

8.

Layers, New raster layer.
Layers, arrange, send to bottom
With the bottom layer highlighted on your pallet

Use your flood fill tool and fill with your background color

9.

Adjust, Add/Remove noise. Add noise with these settings
Gaussian checked, 15 percent

Layers, Merge. Merge All

10.

Maximize your bluejay-01 tube
Edit , copy

Edit, paste, paste as new layer on your background we made

11.

Effects, Image effects, Offset using the following settings
Horizontal 130, Vertical -20, Transparent

12.

Layers, Duplicate
Image, mirror
With your mover tool move this last layer, down and to the left a bit.
This is what you should have

While having your top layer highlighted close off your bottom layer using the eye

Layers, Merge, Merge visible
Open your bottom layer

14.

Effects, 3-D Effects, Drop Shadow using the settings below
V+H 2. Opacity 60. Blur 10, color black

Layers, Merge, Merge all

15.

Image add borders 2 pixels symmetric checked using black
Image add borders 2 pixels symmetric checked using foreground color
Image add borders 30 pixels symmetric checked using background color

16.

With your magic wand, select the last border.
Find your blue-power-mass tube.
Edit, copy
Back to your border, Edit, Paste, Paste into selection
Keep selected
Layers, Duplicate

17.

Effects, 3-D Effects Drop Shadow, using these settings
V+H 1, Opacity 100, Blur 0, color black

Repeat Drop Shadow changing V+H -1

18.

Image, Rotate, Free Rotate Left, Free 45, All Layers unchecked

Selections, Select none
Layers, Merge, Merge all

19.

Image add borders 2 pixels symmetric checked using black
Image add borders 2 pixels symmetric checked using foreground color
Image add borders 2 pixels symmetric checked using black

20.

Image, Resize 400x400
Layers, Promote to background layer
Image, Canvas size
Width 1250 or your preference
Height 404
Placement center left

21.

Layers, New raster layer.
Layers, arrange, send to bottom
With the flood Fill tool, flood with your background color

22.

Adjust, Add/Remove noise. Add noise with these settings
Gaussian checked, 15 percent

23.

Layers, Merge, Merge all

Your almost done

Layer New Layer
Add your watermark
Layers merge all flatten
Save file as a JPG
Your now ready to take into Incredimail and assemble, also worked in OE
