Second Tube should be a bit smaller With your Dropper Tool
Select a Light color from your tube for Foreground
Select a Dark color from your tube for Background
Minimize Both tubes for now Lets Start HEADER 1. File > New Image

Fill with Background color 3. Effects, Texture Effects, Texture
