This came about just playing in PSP Supplies & Filters Needed
PSP tube No more than 280 Width and 380 Height
(Taller than wider works best)

you will have to adjust the Selection Tool
used in the Header Below
Filter > Impressionist- Quilt 2 Here Getting Ready Open your image in PSP
Duplicate (Shift + D ) close original
Pick a Light color for the Foreground and
A Dark color for Background
Edit, Copy All Settings remain the same unless otherwise noted.

1. File>New ImageWidth 450 pixels
